Joining them will be VADER, CATTLE DECAPITATION, LIGHT THIS CITY, ABIGAIL WILLIAMS and VEIL OF MAYA. This tour is being called one of the best of the year by MALEVOLENT CREATION’s publicist, Decibel Magazine, the bands on the tour, their mothers and apparently the actual fans themselves this time!

Florida Death Metal Merchant's have just finished recording they're 10th full length studio album "DOOMSDAY X" at Mercury Recording Studios in Pompano Beach,Florida.Recording sessions went very well and the band is very satisfied with the new material!!! Recorded and Engineered by long time(and sometimes session member..)friend and producer Gus Rios,"DOOMSDAY X" is said to be the most diverse Malevolent Creation album recorded and without a doubt they're fastest!!!! Mixing duties will be under way next while the band begins they're 2 month long European Tour starting in Greece on Feb.10th in Thessaloniki,Greece."DOOMSDAY X" will hopefully be released early this summer on Nuclear Blast Records worldwide.The new song titles for "DOOMSDAY" X" are:

Finally,
It's finally about time for an update about what is happening in the world of Malevolent Creation!!! The band has completed the writing and pre production demo's for 13 song's and will begin the recording of they're 10th full length album "DOOMSDAY X" in the coming weeks of November.We're very happy with the direction the music has taken for this new album with song writing credit's by each of the band members,and each song having it's own identity but retaining the classic Malevolent Creation sound.It is truly amazing to have everyone writing for this album and bring's a lot of new idea's to the song's.Fear not,each song is extremely brutal and covers a lot of territory as far as extreme metal is concerned.The album's recording and touring line up is: Jon Rubin - guitars Phil Fasciana - guitars Dave Culross - drums Jason Blachowicz - bass Brett Hoffmann - vocals WE have definitely had some huge obstacles to overcome to get this album written,but we are finally satisfied with all the music and are anxious to start recording. | Long Running Florida Death Metal warriors Malevolent Creation are currently in pre production for they're 10 studio album "DOOMSDAY X" for Nuclear Blast Records. The band is currently home writing and demoing material for there new creation to be recorded in May and mixed in June. Recording's will take place in Pompano Beach,FL at Mercury recording studio's with producer/engineer Gus Rios and then off to Denmark with producer Tue Madsen for the mixing of the new if all goes well. This will mark the first time in the band's career that an overseas producer has been brought in for mixing,but Tue's track record speaks for itself and we feel that we will be in good hands' with Tue mixing the new album. We need to have a massive production for this 10th record because this recording mean's a lot to us and we plan on touring for the next 2 years in support of it. All the band's members are contributing to the writing of this new album so there will be a lot of different influences on this record. The music will be extremely heavy and insanely fast according to the band members. Malevolent Creation's line up now features original band members Brett Hoffman on vocals, Jason Blachowicz on bass, Jon Rubin on guitar, Phil Fasciana on guitar and drumming power house Tony Laureano on drums. Laureano has toured several times in the past with M.C. but now will make his debut studio recording with the band which is sure to be interesting. This line up will also do all upcoming tours in support of "DOOMSDAY X" which is expected to be released in September followed by a massive european tour with Disgorge and Skinless in support. Other touring options are being looked at as well. There is talk about a US Tour with Bolt Thrower in July - August but nothing is confirmed yet.
In other news Malevolent Creation just recently returned from a 6 week tour of europe with Bolt Thrower,Nightrage and Necrophagist and would like to say that this tour was the best tour we have ever been part of in the last 15 years. Most of the shows were sold out and Bolt Thrower is hands down the best band we have ever toured with and without they're help this tour would never of happened for us. We would truly like to thank B.T.s tour manager Graham and Jo,Martin,Baz,Gavin and Karl from the band for all they're help. An extra special thanks goes out to Phil,Andy,Keith and Sabrine from B.T.'s crew for all they're help throughout the "Those Still Loyal Over Europe Tour 2006". You guys fucking rule!!!! | Cancelled Show Due to serious problems with the electricity supply in the venue BOLT THROWER, MALEVOLENT CREATION, NIGHTRAGE AND NECROPHAGIST had to cancel the show in Prato, Italy. The club's electricity supply was unsafe with bad/no earth and after one of the crew members was electrocuted for the 4th time the bands made the decision to pull the show. All bands apologise to all the fans who had travelled to see the show, but they are not prepared to put themselves in a life-threatening situation. Hopefully the Anomalia Club will take notice of their dangerous electricity problem and make sure there will be no accidents in the future. |

| I wanted to tell you is that Kyle has just announced that he can't do the tour in europe with us due to personal reasons and instead of canceling another tour because of Kyle and his personal problems we have contacted original vocalist Brett Hoffman to do the tour and he accepted our offer and is flying down to Florida next week to rehearse with the band until we leave in Jan 3rd. We simply cannot keep canceling tours because of Kyle and let down our fans and the promoters and booking agent's who spend a lot of time and money on these tours.We cannot afford to lose our credibility as a touring band so this is how it has to be if we wish to continue!!!! This is really great news for a lot of fans and also marks the return of the original 4 band members(me.Jon Rubin,Jason Blachowicz and Brett Hoffman)together for the first time since our first european tours in 1991 and 1994 with this line up.If all goes well on this tour we may replace Kyle with Brett and finish writing and recording our 10th album and then do a massive world tour for the next 2 years!!!! Long-running Floridian death metallers MALEVOLENT CREATION have reportedly parted ways with guitarist Rob Barret and bassist Gordon Simms. Replacing them in the group's latest incarnation are returning members Jon Rubin (guitar) and Jason Blachowicz (bass, also in DIVINE EMPIRE). Barrett has reportedly rejoined Cannibal Corpse so he can have a more steady job in the music industry due to the fact that Malevolent Creation does not tour as much as Cannibal Corpse. Buisness is buisness and we understand Robs situation and remain good friends with him and Cannibal Corpse and wish them both the best. Hopefully both bands can tour together in the future. Jon Rubin has been with MC for the last 6 month's and completed a US Tour with the band earlier this summer and is now working with the band on new material for MC's 10th full length album. Bassist Gordon Sims has stepped down after 8 years as bassist for MC due to the fact he does not have the time to give 100% to the band anymore and can concentrate on family life at home. Original bassist Jason Blachowicz has rejoined the band and is also working with the band on new material and will make his live debut with the band after 8 years in Mexico on December 2nd,3rd and 4th.

Mastering duties were handled by Bernard Belley in Montreal. A live album, "Conquering South America", was issued last year via Arctic. |
